As a tribute to New York artist Stephen Sprouse, who collaborated with Marc Jacobs on Louis Vuitton’s Spring/Summer 2001 show, this dope Graffiti Sneaker Boot in Monogram Canvas and Leather Patchwork inspired by the 1980s streetwear is hot, really really hot!

This sneaker is made from a patchwork of leather and Monogram Graffiti canvas that reads graffiti LOUIS VUITTON PARIS on its exposed areas. It also features velcro straps in metallic calf leather that acts as the shoe’s fastening, a black Louis Vuitton rubber label at the tongue, a removable anatomic insock, and a glowing green rubber sole embossed with the Louis Vuitton signature in Graffiti. I could imagine Louis Vuitton Don Kanye West wearing a pair of these, I bet it looks killah!

On May 1, 2009, Louis Vuitton has expanded the successful Damier Graphite Luggage Collection which made its debut back in Fall/Winter 2008. The new pieces broadens the range making the Damier Graphite truly a classic yet contemporary and sleek collection. These pieces were released in May 1 and are exclusively available at Louis Vuitton stores worldwide.

Damier Graphite Keepall 45 with Strap, $1220. The first Graphite Keepall was released in size 55 but now it comes in size 45 (17.7″ x 10.6″ x 7.9″) which makes the bag more versatile, it could be used as a carryall luggage, a sports bag or even an everyday bag. Damier Graphite 45 with Strap features rounded leather handles and an adjustable, removable shoulder strap with pad for extra comfort.

Damier Graphite Garment Cover, $1280. This Garment cover, in masculine Damier Graphite canvas, comes complete with a metallic hanger for doors or wall. The cover measures 24.8″ x 49.1″ which easily accommodates dress shirts, pants, or even a whole suit.

Damier Graphite Steamer Bag, $3550. Reminiscent of steam boat travel, the Steamer bag has a contemporary feel in Damier Graphite canvas. The single rounded handle is designed to hang on a cabin door. Measures 7.9″ x 20.4″ x 17.7″. Preview is my favorite Philippine fashion magazine. I love them so much more now. Ha! So anyway, I just saw the cover of the May issue with Ruffa Guttierez is on the cover along with a Louis Vuitton Monogram Graffiti Speedy and Keepall in Orange, and the LOUIS and VUITTON Graffiti Bracelet. Ruffa looked expressionless, but the Graffitis brought in some spunk and attitude to the cover.

Preview Magazine’s May 2009 issue serves up a dose of high-octane fashion featuring actress and TV host Ruffa Gutierrez in Louis Vuitton’s Stephen Sprouse Tribute Collection. “In a throwback to the 80s fitness craze, this beauty issue has cover girl Ruffa Guttierez decked out in updated dancer-cise gear with Louis Vuitton’s Graffiti Collection putting neon in full-throttle. Let’s just say the look is a far cry from those Jane Fonda aerobics tapes. After all, when it comes to Ruffa, things are always high on the “Fabulosity” meter.”

Everyday - yup each and every single day - I go to my favorite websites - Louis Vuitton, Chanel, and Gucci! Today, I was surprised that Gucci put up more bags on sale! OMG! The moment I saw that the Fall/Winter bags category was gone, I knew they had to put it somewhere - on the SALE category! So immediately, I had to check what was on sale. There were a lot!

Apparently, when I checked back to take a snapshot to feature here, there were only a few pieces left. I am so amazed at how shoppers are so quick when it comes to Gucci bags on sale! I can’t blame them, coz I too, did some shopping.  I know it hasn’t been long since I bought my LV bag. And it’s still Hubby’s turn (don’t worry I’m getting your stuff this February) to buy car upgrades. But hubby was planning to get me (he told me, duh???) the LV pochette (next on my list) for Valentine’s Day. But when we saw the sale and a Gucci bag I liked was just $100 more as compared to the LV pochette, he instantly got it!  Hello??? A Louis Vuitton pouch for $280 or a Gucci bag for $379? Of course, we got the Gucci! Thanks Hubby! Love yah!

Because he was supposed to give it to me for Valentine’s Day, I’m not supposed to see it until then… I’ll just pretend that I didn’t know what he got me… haha. So, I won’t be sharing it with you guys until next month.  What a teaser!

The New Bags for Spring/Summer…

There’s also another big Chanel flap released - the Chanel Surpique Carryall bag or tote. It’s really huge but even though it seems bigger than the body of the model (as seen in the photo), I’m actually liking it…

Of course if you have been reading this site for quite some time now, you’ll know that Fashion Juice is a lover of big bags. I have always been inclined to bigger bags. And it doesn’t stop from there. I love big watches too - as in the “boyfriend” (oversized) watches. I love big sunglasses. I love high (big) heels. And what’s more, I also love big cars. I enjoyed driving F150 trucks and Expeditions. Haha. Yup, probably it’s the boyish side of me… That’s why I love this Chanel Surpique Carryall bag even though it seems to be pretty big.

This Chanel Surpique bag is a carry-all tote that’s so perfect for everything. The size allows you to carry this bag during the day. But at the same time, because this Chanel bag is a mixture of the flap bag, the reissue, and the camera bag, you can still bring it at night. If you’re simply going on a dinner, going to the movies, or going to a casual bar, you can still carry this bag. Just don’t bring it at a cocktail or formal party of course because it is rather big.

Well, just thought of sharing this $2,650 bag from Chanel. I’m really loving the Chanel Surpique carryall bag. But again, as I don’t have all the moolah in this world, perhaps this can wait after the tons of must-have bags in my list. Haha. Dream on!  Watch out though! Keep visiting All Stylish!

So here I am going crazy over bags again. Yes, I know I’ve pledged to be a vegetarian and that the main purpose of it is because I’m against animal cruelty. But you can’t take away my love for bags. However, even if I love bags so much, I’m already limiting myself to just a few more leather pieces… I previously have a long list of bag wants but I’ve narrowed the leather to just five. And if I ever want to buy a new bag to add to my collection, I’ll just have to deal with canvas, nylon, or any other fabric instead of going for leather. Obviously, one of the 5 leather bags that I’ve decided to get is from Balenciaga. But I’m having second thoughts on whether to get the Giant City or just the First. It’s a matter of $1,695 or the $1,195? But I worry that if I get the First, I’ll end up buying the Giant City in the future… But I don’t know. It’s just that I have too many wants that I’m trying to get the cheaper one so I can move on to the next want. Haha… oh well. So what do you think about the Balenciaga First Bag? Do you think it’s as cute as the Giant City? The only concern I have is that I prefer bigger bags. But in this case, the price is a big factor too. I’m so bummed… what do you think?
